This sort of behaviour has risen while parents spanking their kids has decreased. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

I'm pretty sure kids are getting worse. Kids on my street are allowed outside til 11pm sometimes (some as young as 7) when its pitch black and are allowed to try and kick a soccer ball over the houses resulting in it hitting every parked car on the street. Luckily I have off street parking but a guy has a brand new golf gtd thats not covered in dings and scratches. It makes me sad.
TLDR: get off my lawn.

In one shot, you can see a store worker like 4 ft away looking down at his phone. At least it looked like an apple store employee.
